Record jobs after the fact

  • To record a job that is already complete, open BeetClock and tap 'Log completed' on the upper left menu bar.
  • You must assign a crop and a job to your record. Tap 'Select crop' and choose from the list of existing crops. If your crop is not on the list, tap '+' on the upper right menu bar to add a new crop. Follow the same steps to choose a job.
  • You have the option to assign a tractor and a piece of equipment to the work timer.
  • Then enter the number of workers doing this job. If you skip this step, the timer will default to one worker.
  • Next enter the amount of time that you spent doing the job. Tap 'Hours worked' and use the spinners to choose the hours and minutes you spent working.
  • You also have the option to make a note about this job. Enter your note in the 'Notes' text box, or leave it blank if you wish.
  • Finally, you can enter the date when this job was completed. Tap 'Select date' and use the spinners to choose your date. If you skip this step, the record will be saved with today's date.
  • To save your record to the database, tap 'Done' on the upper right menu bar!
